REGULATION ( EEC) No 3182/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 17 December 1974 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 2300/73 on differential amounts for colza and rape seed

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the prices of colza and rape seed are COMMUNITIES, currently at a level such that the amount of such secu rity may be reduced ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/ ment Committee for Oils and Fats, 66/EEC (') of 22 September 1966 on the establish ment of a common organization of the market in oils and fats, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1707/73 (2) ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1 569/72 (3) of 20 July 1972 laying down special Article 1 measures for colza and rape seed, as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 3477/73 (4), and in particular In Article 12 of Regulation ( EEC) No 2300/73 , the Article 7 thereof ; expression ' 1-5 units of account' shall be replaced by the expression '0-5 unit of account'. Whereas Article 12 of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2300/73 (5) of 23 August 1973 on detailed rules for applying the differential amounts for colza and A rticle 2 rape seed, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3491 /73 (6), provides for security to be given as a This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day means of ensuring that the system of differential following its publication in the Official Journal of amounts operates in the proper manner ; the European Communities.
