HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 2 Article 1 This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day The following Articles are added to Regulation (EEC) following its publication in the Official Journal of No 2622/ 74 : the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
