THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Regulation that the standard average values should be

1570/70 (1) of 3 August 1970 establishing a system of

standard average values for citrus fruits, as last T h e standard average values provided for i n A r t i c l e 2

amended by Regulation ( E E C ) N o 1937/74 (2) of 24 (1) of Regulation (EEC) N o 1570/70 shall be as shown

J u l y 1974, and i n particular A r t i c l e 2 t h e r e o f ; i n the table i n the A n n e x .

Whereas it follows f r o m the application of the notes Article 2

and criteria laid d o w n by Regulation (EEC) N o

1570/70 to the elements c o m m u n i c a t e d to the T h i s Regulation shall enter into force on 27

C o m m i s s i o n i n accordance w i t h A r t i c l e 4 (1) of that December 1974.

T h i s Regulation shall be b i n d i n g in its entirety and directly applicable in all M e m b e r

States.
