REGULATION ( EEC) No 3248 / 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 20 December 1974 amending , in respect of certain goods not covered by Annex II to the Treaty, the monetary compensatory amounts fixed by Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 2547 / 74 of 4 October 1974
