REGULATION (EEC) No 3291 /74 OF THE COUNCIL of 19 December 1974 opening, allocating and providing for the administration of a Community tariff quota for wines from Jumilla, Priorato, Rioja and Valdepenas falling within subheading ex 22.05 of the Common Customs Tariff, originating in Spain

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , recognized designation of origin of these wines, within the framework of the methods of administrative cooperation existing between the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Community and Spain ; European Economic Community, and in particular Articles 43 and 113 thereof ;

Article2¶

Article3¶
