REGULATION (EEC) No 3297/74 OF THE COUNCIL of 19 December 1974 on the opening of a tariff quota for new potatoes falling within subheading 07.01 A II of the Common Customs Tariff for 1975 , originating in Cyprus

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas equal and continuous access to the quota should be ensured for all importers and quota duties should be applied consistently to all imports of the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the product in question until the quota is used up, European Economic Community, and in particular Articles 43 and 113 thereof ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Customs Tariff, originating in Cyprus ; whereas the annual tariff quota must take into account the Article 3 traditional United Kingdom imports from Cyprus ; whereas taking this element into account it is advisable to fix the tariff quota for the year 1975 This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January at 110 000 long tons ; 1975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
