REGULATION (EEC) No 3299/74 OF THE COUNCIL of 19 December 1974 on the opening, allocation and administration of a Community tariff quota for certain hand-made products

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , consistently to all imports until the quota is used up ; whereas, in the light of the principles outlined above, a Community tariff arrangement based on an Having regard to the Treaty establishing the allocation between the Member States would seem to European Economic Community, and in particular preserve the Community nature of the quota ; Article 113 thereof;

2 . Admission under this quota shall, however, be Germany 1 250 000 granted only for products accompanied by a France 1 250 000 certificate recognized by the competent authorities of the Community and conforming to one of the Ireland 250 000 examples in Annexes I to X, issued by the recognized Italy 1 250 000 authorities of the country of origin and certifying that the goods in question are hand made. The second tranche, of 2 500 000 units of account, shall be held as the Community reserve. 3 . Within this Community tariff quota the Common Customs Tariff duties shall be totally suspended . 4. Within this tariff quota the new Member States 1 .
