REGULATION ( EEC) No 3320 / 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 30 December 1974 amending certain monetary compensatory amounts

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Ireland and the United Kingdom fixed for the COMMUNITIES, 1974/75 marketing year aligned all sugar prices in Ireland and the United Kingdom on Community Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European prices from 1 January 1975 ; Economic Community ; Whereas this situation must be taken into account Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 974/ 71 (*) of 12 May 1971 on certain measures of when the monetary compensatory amounts are being fixed ; whereas these measures conform to the conjunctural policy to be taken in agriculture following the temporary widening of the margins of Opinion of the Management Committee for Sugar, fluctuation for the currencies of certain Member States, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 3259 / 74 (2 ), and in particular Article 6 thereof ; Whereas the monetary compensatory amounts intro Article 1 duced by Regulation (EEC) No 974/71 were ' fixed by 1 .
