REGULATION ( EEC ) No 3327 / 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 20 December 1974 providing for licensing arrangements in respect of the importation into the United Kingdom of cotton yarn from non-member countries

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day latest ; following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. Whereas , consequently, it is appropriate to limit these imports at a markedly higher level than that provided 2 . It shall remain in force until the entry into force for 1 974 ; of appropriate measures to be taken by the Council under 12 (6) of Regulation ( EEC) No 1439 / 74 or until (') OJ No L 159 , 15 . 6 . 1974, p. 1 . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
