REGULATION ( EEC ) No 3327 / 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 20 December 1974 providing for licensing arrangements in respect of the importation into the United Kingdom of cotton yarn from non-member countries

Whereas , consequently, it is appropriate to limit these imports at a markedly higher level than that provided 2 . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
