REGULATION ( EEC) No 119/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 17 January 1975 fixing the amounts applicable as compensatory amounts for pigmeat

(a) Entry under this subheading is subject to conditions to be determined by the competent authorities .

Note : 1 . For products falling within subheading 15.01 A I of the Common Customs Tariff for which the rate of duty has been bound against increase within the framework of GATT, compensatory amounts are limited to the amount resulting from this binding. 2 . According to the provisions of Article 55 (6) of the Act concerning the conditions of accession and the adjustments to the Treaties the compensatory amount levied or granted by a Member State may not exceed the total amount levied by that same Member State on imports from third countries .
