REGULATION ( EEC) No 143 / 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 21 January 1975 fixing the compensatory amounts for poultrymeat

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas in the sector of poultrymeat the calculation COMMUNITIES , of the compensatory amounts for trade with Denmark , Ireland and the United Kingdom results in minimal Having regard to the Treaty (') concerning the acces amounts ; whereas there is therefore no need to fix sion of new Member States to the European Economic compensatory amounts, Community, and the European Atomic Energy Community , signed at Brussels on 22 January 1972 ;

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 235/73 (2 ) of 31 January 1973 laying down general rules for the system of compensatory amounts for poultrymeat, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 2880 / 73 (3 ), and in particular Article 8 ( 3 ) thereof ;

Whereas the compensatory amounts for poultrymeat The amounts provided for in Article 3 of Regulation products were fixed by Council Regulation ( EEC) No (EEC) No 235/ 73 as compensatory amounts for poul 235 /73 and Commission Regulations ( EEC) No trymeat for the period February, March and April 1 975 are fixed at 0 . 2054/ 73 (4 ) and ( EEC) No 25 1 8 / 74 (5 ); whereas , however, the compensatory amounts are determined in accordance with Article 3 of Regulation (EEC) No Article 2 235/73 where the situation envisaged in Article 7 of Council Regulation ( EEC) No 229 /73 (6) of 31 January 1973 laying down general rules for the system of This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February 1 975 . compensatory amounts for cereal arises ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
