REGULATION ( EEC) No 261 / 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 31 January 1975 derogating in respect of oranges of the Sanguinelle variety from Regulation (EEC) No 193/70 establishing the procedure for giving effect to measures to promote the marketing of oranges and mandarins in the Community
