REGULATION ( EEC ) No 266 / 75 OF THE COUNCIL of 31 January 1975 on the retention of development premiums for the raising of beef cattle laid down by Regulation ( EEC ) No 1353 / 73

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN objectives originally fixed for 1974 should be achieved COMMUNITIES , in 1975 ; whereas the said premium system should therefore be retained , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 43 thereof ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No Article 1 805/68 ( ! ) of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in beef and veal , as last amended The premium system laid down in Article 6 of Regula­ by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 855 /74 ( 2), and in particular tion ( EEC) No 1353 / 73 shall be retained for the Article 2 thereof ; period starting on I January 1975 and ending on 31 December 1975 . Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 1353 /73 (3 ) of 15 May 1973 introducing a premium system for the conversion of dairy cow herds to meat Article 2 production and a development premium for the specialized raising of cattle for meat production , and Article 15 ( 2) of Regulation ( EEC ) No 1353 / 73 shall in particular Article 19 (2) thereof ; be replaced by the following : ' 2 .
