REGULATION ( EEC) No 322/ 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 10 February 1975 on the sale at flat-rate prices fixed in advance for processing in the Community of beef hindquarters held by the German intervention agency

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 (') of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza tion of the market in beef and veal , as last amended 1 . 4. By way of derogation from Article 10 ( 1 ) of 4.
