REGULATION (EEC) No 346/75 OF THE COUNCIL of 10 February 1975 concerning the importation into the Community of certain fishery products originating in Tunisia

Article 2 Council Regulation (EEC) No 307/74 is hereby repealed . 1 . Member States shall maintain in force the import arrangements effective on 31 January 1972 to the following products originating in Tunisia : Article 4
The arrangements provided for in this Regulation CCT shall apply for 1975, until the entry into force of the heading Description of goods No new Association Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Republic of Tunisia 16.04 and not later than 31 December 1975 . Prepared or preserved fish, including caviar and caviar substitutes : D. Sardines In respect of the products specified in Article 1 it E. Tunny shall apply with effect from 25 June 1975 .
This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day 2. However, Member States which open tariff following that of its publication in the Official quotas under the arrangements referred to in para Journal of the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
