REGULATION (EEC) No 456/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 26 February 1975 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1463/73 laying down detailed rules for the appli cation of monetary compensatory amounts
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinions of all the Manage ment Committees for the common organization of agricultural markets, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ;

'Article 16a 2. No monetary compensatory amount shall be applied in respect of exports to third countries for 1 .
