REGULATION (EEC) No 522/ 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 28 February 1975 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 232/75 on the sale of butter at reduced prices for use in the manufacture of pastry products and ice cream

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN been taken into storage before 1 June 1974 ; whereas COMMUNITIES, having regard to the butter storage position in the Community, this date should be amended ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products, 804/68 ( J ) of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in milk and milk products, as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 465/75 (2 ), and in HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : particular Article 6 (7) thereof ; Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 985/68 (3) of 15 July 1968 laying down general rules In Article 1 of Regulation ( EEC) No 232/75, the date for intervention on the market in butter and cream , as .'1 June 1974' is replaced by '1 August 1974 .' last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2714/72 (4), and in particular Article 7a thereof ; Article 2 Whereas, pursuant to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 232/75 (5) of 30 January 1975 on the sale of butter This Regulation shall enter into force on the day at reduced prices for use in the manufacture of pastry following its publication in the Official Jon null of products and ice cream , the butter on sale must have the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
