REGULATION (EEC) No 528 /75 OF THE COMMISSION

of 28 February 1975 amending the export refunds on beef and veal

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN there are traditional trade flows to Switzerland ; COMMUNITIES, whereas, to the extent necessary to allow this trade to continue , the refund must be fixed at an amount which will cover the difference between prices on the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Swiss market and export prices in the Member States ; Economic Community ;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : ( EEC) No 494/75, are hereby altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation . Article 1 Article 2 The refunds referred to in Article 18 of Regulation This Regulation shall enter into force on 3 March (EEC) No 805/ 68 , as fixed in the Annex to Regulation 1 975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

N.B. ; Whereas Article 7 of Regulation ( EEC) No 885 /68 provides that no export refunds shall be granted on product* imported from third countries and re-exported to third countries.
