REGULATION ( EEC) No 575 / 75 OF THE COUNCIL of 4 March 1975 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 3185 /74 introducing an export charge on certain goods covered by Regulation (EEC) No 1059/69

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN able to specify the goods to which the charge is to COMMUNITIES, apply,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article3¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication: in the Official Journal of the European Communities. However, where the party concerned so requests, it shall be applied with effect from 23 December 1974.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
