REGULATION (EEC) No 661/75 OF THE COUNCIL of 4 March 1975
fixing the guide prices for wine for the period from 16 December 1975 to 15 December 1976
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , Whereas, to that end, the prices valid for the period from 16 December 1975 to 15 December 1976 should be fixed at higher levels than those adopted for the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the preceding period, particularly in view of recent price European Economic Community, and in particular trends ; whereas, moreover, the market situation Article 43 thereof; calls for a greater increase for type R II wine, this increase allowing the price of this type of wine to be Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) set at the same level as that of type R I wine ; No 816/70 ( 1) of 28 April 1970 laying down additional provisions for the common organization Whereas the guide prices must be fixed for each of the market in wine, as last amended by Regulation type of table wine representative of Community (EEC) No 3166/74 (2), and in particular Article 2 thereof; production, as defined in Council Regulation (EEC) No 945/70 (3) of 26 May 1970 determining the types of table wines, Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ;
Having regard to the Opinion of the European HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Parliament ;
Sole Article Having regard to the Opinion of the Economic and Social Committee ; For the period from 16 December 1975 to 15 December 1976 the guide prices shall be : Whereas, when the guide prices for the various types of table wine are fixed, account should be 1 . 1-84 u.a . per degree/hi for type R I table wine ; taken both of the objectives of the common agricultural policy and of the contribution which the 2 . 1-84 u.a. per degree/hi for type R II table wine ; Community wishes to make to the harmonious 3 . 28-71 u.a. per hi for type R III table wine ; development of world trade ; whereas the objectives of the common agricultural policy are in particular 4. 1-73 u.a. degree/hi for type A I table wine ; to ensure a fair standard of living for the agricultural Community, to assure the availability of 5 . 38-26 u.a. per hi for type A II table wine ; supplies and to ensure that supplies reach consumers at reasonable prices ; 6. 43-69 u.a. per hi for type A III table wine.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
