REGULATION (EEC) No 669/75 OF THE COUNCIL of 4 March 1975

fixing the target price for husked rice for the 1975/76 marketing year

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , harmonious development of world trade ; whereas the objectives of the common agricultural policy are in particular to ensure a fair standard of living for Having regard to the Treaty establishing the the agricultural Community, to ensure that supplies European Economic Community, and in particular are available and that they reach consumers at Article 43 thereof ; reasonable prices ;

Having regard to Council Regulation No 359/67/ Whereas the target price for rice must be fixed at EEC ( 1 ) of 25 July 1967 on the common a rate which takes account of the levels and intended organization of the market in rice, as last amended trends of production, the use made of the product by Regulation (EEC) No 668/75 (2), and in particular and the improvement of farm incomes ; Article 2 (4 ) thereof;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
