REGULATION (EEC) No 670/75 OF THE COUNCIL of 4 March 1975 fixing intervention prices for paddy rice for the 1975/76 marketing year

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , price for husked rice, fixed by Council Regulation (EEC) No 669175 (3) of 4 March 1975 fixing the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the target price for husked rice for the 1 975/76 marketing European Economic Community ; year, in accordance with the criteria set out in Article 4 (3 ) of Regulation No 359/67/EEC ; Having regard to Council Regulation No 359/67/ EEC ( 1 ) of 25 July 1967 on the common Whereas application of these criteria entails fixing organization of the market in rice, at last amended the same intervention prices for Aries and Vercelli by Regulation (EEC) No 668/75 (2), and in particular at a level higher than that adopted for the preceding Article 4 (4 ) thereof; marketing year,
