REGULATION ( EEC) No 718 /75 OF THE COMMISSION

of 19 March 1975

supplementing in respect of certain tobacco from the 1973 crop Regulation ( EEC) No 1220 / 74 fixing export refunds for raw tobacco from the 1972 and 1973 crops

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN a further variety and for other countries ; whereas it is COMMUNITIES, desirable that a refund be granted for this variety and that the list of countries of destination be extended ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Whereas the Management Committee for Tobacco has not delivered an opinion within the time limit set by Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No its Chairman , 727/70 (') of 21 April 1970 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in raw tobacco, as last amended by HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : the Act (2) concerning the conditions of accession and the adjustments to the Treaties, and in particular the Article 1 first sentence of the third subparagraph of Article 9 (2) thereof ; Annex II to Regulation (EEC) No 1220/74 is replaced Whereas export refunds were fixed for certain varieties by the Annex to this Regulation . of tobacco from the 1973 crop by Commission Regula­ tion (EEC) No 1 220 /74 (3) of 15 May 1974, as last Article 2 amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3249/74 (4) ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day Whereas since the coming into effect of Regulation following its publication in the Official Journal of (EEC) No 1220/74 new export outlets have arisen for the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
