REGULATION (EEC) No 834 / 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 26 March 1975 amending Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1896/73 on the detailed rules for the application of intervention measures in the sector for beef and veal in France

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ;

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 805/68 (') of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in beef and veal , as last amended Article 1 by Regulation (EEC) No 1 855/74 (2), and in particular Article 6 (5) ; With regard to the following products, the coefficients Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No figuring in Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1896/73 are amended as follows for France : 1 896/73 (3) of 1 3 - July 1973 on the detailed rules for the application of intervention measures in the sector Jeunes bovins R 1-21 for beef and veal, as last amended by Regulation 110 Jeunes bovins A (EEC) No 535 /75 (4 ), fixed in Annex I the coefficients Jeunes bovins N 0-98 provided for in Article 6 ( 1 ) and (2) of Regulation Vaches A 100 (EEC) No 805/68 for certain categories of animals ; Vaches N 0-84.' whereas it is advisable with regard to the actual market situation in beef and veal in the Community, and in particular the effect of granting certain aids to Article 2 producers of bovine animals in France, to adopt for France the coefficients for certain categories of This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April animals ; 1975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
