Whereas the monetary compensatory amounts Article 1 provided for in Regulation (EEC) No 974/71 were fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 539/75 (3) 1 . In Part 1 of Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No of 28 February 1975, as last amended by Regulation 539/75 the compensatory amounts are replaced by the amounts shown in section 1 of the Annex hereto . (EEC) No 751 /75 (4);

Whereas the compensatory amounts for starch 2.
