REGULATION ( EEC) No 878 / 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 3 April 1975 amending Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 849/ 75 amending the amounts applicable as compensatory amounts for cereals and rice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the amounts applicable as compensatory COMMUNITIES , amounts for cereals and rice have been fixed by Regu­ lation ( EEC) No 849 / 75 (6) ; whereas a check has Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European revealed errors in Annex C to this Regulation ; Economic Community ; whereas the Regulation in question must therefore be amended , Having regard to the Treaty (') concerning the acces­ sion of new Member States to the European Economic Community and the European Atomic Energy HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Community, signed at Brussels on 22 January 1972 ; Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 229/73 (2) of 31 January 1973 laying down general The amounts applicable as compensatory amounts for rules for a system of compensatory amounts for cereals and rice shown in the Annex to Regulation Cereals and fixing these amounts for certain products, ( EEC) No 849 / 75 are amended as shown in the Annex as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 860 / 74 ( 3 ) to this Regulation . and in particular Article 7 thereof ; Article 2 Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 243 /73 (4 ) of 31 January 1973 laying down general This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 April rules for a system of compensatory amounts for rice 1 975 . and fixing these amounts for certain products, as amended by Regulation ( EEC ) No 1 999 / 74 ( 5 ), and in It shall apply in so far as any party concerned so particular Article 5 thereof ; requests with effect from 2 April 1975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
