Whereas , since sluice-gate prices and levies for pigmeat were by Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 207/ 75 ( 7) of 28 January 1 975 last fixed for the period HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1 February to 30 April 1975, they must be fixed anew for the period 1 May to 31 July 1975 ; whereas such prices and levies should in principle be fixed by refer­ ence to feed grain prices for the period 1 August 1974 Article 1 to 3 1 January 1 975 ;
