REGULATION ( EEC) No 920 / 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 9 April 1975 repealing Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 2790 / 73 on the prohibition of the export to third countries of certain goods of Italian origin falling within Regula­ tion ( EEC ) No 1059/69

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN countries of certain goods of Italian origin falling COMMUNITIES, within Regulation ( EEC) No 1059 / 69 was adopted so as to extend the scope of the measures taken for the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European basic products to certain goods processed from these Economic Community ; basic products ; Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No Whereas, since the measures relating to the basic 1059/ 69 (•) of 28 May 1969 laying down the trade products have been repealed , those in respect of arrangements applicable to certain goods resulting certain goods resulting from their processing must from the processing of agricultural products, as last likewise be repealed , amended by Council Regulation (EEC) No 1491 /73 (2), and in particular Article 9a thereof ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas by its Decision of 9 April 1 975 (3) the Commission repealed its Decision of 4 August 1 973 (4 ) adopting safeguard measures applicable to Article 1 durum wheat exported outside the Community, and Commission Regulation ( EEC ) No 2790/73 of 12 also its Decision of 20 September 1 973 (5 ) adopting October 1973 is hereby repealed . safeguard measures applicable to certain cereal products of Italian origin exported outside the Article 2 Community ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
