REGULATION ( EEC) No 940 / 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 10 April 1975 amending the amounts applicable as compensatory amounts for cereals and rice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas compensatory amounts for cereals and rice COMMUNITIES , have been fixed pursuant to Regulation (EEC) No 792/75 ( 6), as last amended by Regulations ( EEC) No Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European 91 3 / 75 ( 7), and ( EEC) No 839 /75 ( s ) ; Economic Community ; Whereas the application of the rules referred to in Having regard to the Treaty (') concerning the acces­ Regulation ( EEC) No 792/75 requires that the sion of new Member States to the European Economic amounts at present in force should be amended as Community and the European Atomic Energy shown in the Annex to this Regulation , Community, signed at Brussels 22 January 1972 ;

Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 229 / 73 (2 ) of 31 January 1973 laying down general rules for a system of compensatory amounts for Article 1 cereals and fixing these amounts for certain products, as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 860 /74 (3 ), The amounts applicable as compensatory amounts and in particular Article 7 thereof ; shown in the Annexes to amended Regulations (EEC) No 792/75 and ( EEC) No 839 /75 are amended as Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No shown in the Annex to this Regulation . 243/73 (4 ) of 31 January 1973 laying down general rules for a system of compensatory amounts for rice Article 2 and fixing these amounts for certain products, as amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 999 /74 (5 ), and in This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 1 April particular Article 5 thereof ; 1 975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
