REGULATION ( EEC) No 950/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 11 April 1975 derogating in respect of the 1975 marketing year from the common quality standards for strawberries

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Jon met I of Article 1 the European Communities. By way of derogation from the provisions of Section III of the common quality standards for strawberries, It shall apply for the duration of the 1975 marketing the minimum sizes shall be as follows : year .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
