establishing Community surveillance over imports of antimony oxides originating in state-trading countries

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Article 1 European Economic Community ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Importation into the Community of antimony oxides (2) originating in the state-trading countries 109/70 (*) of 19 December 1969 establishing common rules for imports from state-trading countries, and in specified in the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No particular Article 6 ( 1 ) (a) thereof; 109/70 is hereby made subject to retrospective Community surveillance in accordance with the Whereas consultations have been held within the procedures set out in Article 6 ( 1 ) (a) and (2) of the committee set up under Article 5 of the said said Regulation and in this Regulation. Whereas quantitative restrictions on imports of Article 2 antimony oxides, which have up to now been applied in the Community, have been ended ; whereas the Surveillance shall relate to both total and unit prices Annex to Regulation ( EEC) No 109/70 has been cif free-at-frontier and to the quantity in metric tons extended to cover these imports ; of the product imported.
