REGULATION ( EEC) No 964/ 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 11 April 1975 specifying the varieties of Lolium perenne L. to be regarded as 'late', 'medium­ late' and 'early'

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN fixing the new list of late varieties of Lolium perenne COMMUNITIES. L., should be repealed ;

Whereas, in order to ensure uniform application Article 2 throughout the Community of the procedures for Regulation ( EEC) No 737/73 is hereby repealed . granting aid, it is necessary to define the late, medium­ late and early varieties of Lolium perenne L ; Article 2 Whereas, for the reasons given above, Commission Regulation (EEC) No 737/ 73 (4) of 14 March 1973 This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
