REGULATION ( EEC) No 976/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 15 April 1975 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 893/75 introducing a countervailing charge on tomatoes originating in Morocco

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN amended or abolished ; whereas, if these conditions COMMUNITIES, are taken consideration the countervailing charge on Moroccon tomatoes must be amended, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1 035/ 72 (') of 18 May 1972 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in fruit and vegetables, as last Article 1 amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2745/72 (2), and in particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) The amount of 21-89 units of account appearing in thereof ; Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 893/75 is replaced by the amount of 10-09 units of account. Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 893 /75 (3) introduced a countervailing charge on tomatoes originating in Article 2 Morocco ; Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 laid down the This Regulation shall enter into force on 16 April 1975 . conditions under which a charge is introduced,

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
