(a) For exports to European third countries on the Mediterranean, to Portugal , to Switzerland, to Austria, to Finland , to Andorra , to Norway, to Sweden and to non-European third countries as well as supplies for victualling sea-going vessels or aircraft serving on international routes , including intra-Community routes , or supplies to armed forces stationed in the territory of a Member State but not coming under its flag provided the said supplies are such as must be treated as exports from the Community . (b) Only those products for which the name is certified by the competent authorities of the producing Member State can benefit from this refund . (c) The refund on sausages presented in containers with a preservative liquid is granted on net weight after deduction of the weight of this liquid . (d) The weight of a coating of paraffin corresponding to normal use in the trade is considered as part of the net weight of the sausage .
