REGULATION ( EEC) No 1056/ 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 23 April 1975 amending the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1014/75 on the opening of an invi­ tation to tender for the mobilization of round grain milled rice as food aid for the International Committee of the Red Cross
