REGULATION ( EEC) No 1068 /75 OF THE COMMISSION of 14 April 1975 on export refunds on poultrymeat for the period beginning 1 May 1975

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the Management Committee for Poultrymeat COMMUNITIES, and Eggs has not delivered an opinion within the time limit set by its Chairman , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation No 123/ 67/EEC (') of 13 June 1967 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in poultrymeat, as last amended by Article 1 the Act (2) concerning the conditions of accession and the adjustments to the Treaties, and in particular the Export refunds shall not be fixed in respect of the first sentence of the fifth subparagraph of Article 9 (2) products specified in Article 1 of Regulation No 123/ thereof ; 67/ EEC .

Whereas the situation both on the world market and in the Community is such that for the present it is Article 2 neither necessary nor opportune to fix export refunds on poultrymeat for the period beginning 1 May 1975 ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1975.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
