REGULATION ( EEC) No 1087/ 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 25 April 1975 extending the temporary suspension of the advance fixing of export refunds for certain milk products to Zone E

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 876/68 (3) of 28 June 1968 laying down general rules for granting export refunds on milk and milk Article 1 products and criteria for fixing the amount of such refunds, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No The advance fixing of export refunds to Zone E for 2429/72 (4), and in particular the first subparagraph of cheeses falling within heading No 04.04 of the Article 5 (4) thereof ; Common Customs Tariff remains suspended during the period 1 to 31 May 1975. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 830/75 (5) of 26 March 1975 has maintained until 30 April 1975 Article 2 the suspension of the advance fixing of export refunds for certain milk products to Zone E ; whereas the This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1975.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
