REGULATION ( EEC) No 1095 /75 OF THE COMMISSION of 25 April 1975 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 539/75 with regard to the monetary compensa­ tory amount for cereals

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Cereals, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 974/71 (') of 12 May 1971 on certain measures of conjunctural policy to be taken in agriculture Article 1 following the temporary widening of the margins of fluctuation for the currencies of certain Member The amounts set out in the Annex to this Regulation States, as last • amended by Regulation (EEC) No shall replace the corresponding amounts in part 1 (a) 475/75 (2), and in particular Article 6 thereof ; of Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 539/75, as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1026/75. Whereas monetary compensatory amounts for certain products processed from cereals have been fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 539/75 (3), as Article 2 amended by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1 026/75 (4) of 18 April 1975 ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 29 April 1975 . Whereas a check has revealed errors in the Annex to this Regulation ; whereas the Regulation in question It shall apply in so far as any party concerned so must therefore be amended ; requests with effect from 21 April 1975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
