Whereas by Commission Regulation (EEC) No Article 2 1055/75 (5), of 22 April 1975 fixing the amounts appli­ cable as compensatory amounts for pigmeat the basis This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
