REGULATION (EEC) No 1145/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 30 April 1975 extending the period of validity of Regulation (EEC) No 1295 /74 on the processing of beef bought in by intervention agencies

Whereas the period of validity of this authorization has been extended several times ; whereas, however, Article 2 the situation on the beef and veal market has deve­ loped in such a way that it does not appear desirable This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1975.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
