REGULATION ( EEC) No 1182/ 75 OF THE COUNCIL of 5 May 1975 supplementing Annexes I (A) and IV (B) to Regulation ( EEC) No 2142/70 on the common organization of the market in fishery products

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN reference prices for products listed in Annex IV ( B) of COMMUNITIES, that Regulation are to be determined on the basis of the reference price for the fresh product ; whereas, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European therefore, it is necessary to include also hake in the Economic Community ; list of fresh products contained in Annex I (A), Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2142/70 (') of 20 October 1970 on the common organ­ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : ization of the market in fishery products, as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 2682/ 74 (2 ), and in Article 1 particular Article 26 thereof ; The following product is added to the list in Annex I Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; (A) to Regulation ( EEC) No 2142/ 70 : Whereas frozen hake may be used in place of frozen ' 11 . Whereas, pursuant to the second subparagraph of This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 May Article 18 (2) of Regulation ( EEC) No 2142/70 , the 1 975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
