amending Regulation ( EEC) No 3326/74 fixing for the 1975 fishing year refer­ ence prices for fishery products

Whereas the reference prices for the 1975 fishing year Part III of the Annex to Regulation ( EEC) No were fixed in Regulation (EEC) No 3326/74 (3 ), as last 3326/74 is replaced by the following :

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
