Article 4 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : This Regulation shall enter into .force on the day Article 1 following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. In order to ensure payment of the minimum price referred to in Article 3 of Regulation ( EEC) No It shall apply with effect from 1 2 May 1 975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
