REGULATION ( EEC) No 1230/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 14 May 1975 derogating from Regulation ( EEC) No 79/75 as regards initiating sales of boned beef by public tendering procedure by the German intervention agency

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ;

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 805/68 (') of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in beef and veal , as last amended Article 1 by Regulation (EEC) No 1 855/74 (2), and in particular Article 7 (3) thereof ; By way of derogation from the second subparagraph Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 79/75 (3) of Article 2 (2) of Regulation ( EEC) No 79/75, the date for the submission of tenders to the German of 14 January 1975 on the sale by periodic tendering procedure of boned beef held by the intervention intervention agency shall , for the first special sale, be agencies stated that sales should take place monthly 23 May 1975 at 12 noon . and that the time limit for the submission of tenders should be the first Monday of each month ; Article 2
