REGULATION ( EEC) No 1237/ 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 15 May 1975 fixing the import levies on'rice and broken rice

(') Regulation ( EEC) No 521 /70 , as amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 241 /75 provides that the levies are not applied to imports into the French overseas departments of products originating in the AASM and OCT. (2 ) This levy is applicable only to imports fulfilling the conditions laid down in Article 2 of Regulation ( EEC) No 540/ 70, as amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 241 /75 .
