REGULATION ( EEC) No 1254/ 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 14 May 1975 re-establishing the levying of the custonjs duties on other goat- and kidskin leather, falling within subheading 41.04 B II , originating in India, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation ( EEC) No 3054 / 74 of 2 December 1974 apply
