REGULATION ( EEC ) No 1263 /75 OF THE COMMISSION of 16 May 1975 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 232/ 75 concerning the date of entry into storage of butter for sale and derogating from certain provisions relating to the products to be incorporated in such butter

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products ,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 804/ 68 (') of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in milk and milk products , as last Article 1 amended by Regulation ( EEC ) No 740 / 75 (-), and in particular Article 6 ( 7 ) thereof ; In Article 1 of Regulation ( EEC ) No 232/ 75 , the date '1 August 1974' is replaced by '1 November 1974'." Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC ) No 985 / 68 (-') of 15 July 1968 laying down general rules for intervention on the market in butter and cream , as last amended by Regulation ( EEC ) No 2714/ 72 ( 4 ), and Artidc 2 in particular Article 7a thereof ;

1 . Where a Member State avails itself of the said Article 3 authorization , the undertakings for butter sold by the intervention agency of that Member State pursuant to Regulation ( EEC) No 232/75 submitted before the entry into force of this Regulation shall at the request This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of the parties concerned be adjusted to take account of following its publication in the Official Journal of paragraph 1 . the European Communities.
