REGULATION ( EEC) No 1319/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 23 May 1975 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 539/ 75 with regard to the monetary compensa­ tory amount for milk products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 974/71 (*) of 12 May 1971 on certain measures of Article 1 conjunctural policy to be taken in agriculture following the temporary widening of the margins of The amount ' 1,1516' set out in subheading 04.02 B I fluctuation for the currencies of certain Member a) in column 3, part 5 of Annex I to Regulation (EEC) States, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No No 539 /75 , as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 475/75 (2 ), and in particular Article 6 thereof ; 973/75, is replaced by ' 1,516'. Whereas monetary compensatory amounts for certain milk products have been fixed by Commission Regula­ Article 2 tion (EEC) No 539 /75 (3), as amended by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 973/75 (4) of 15 April 1975 ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 24 May 1975 . Whereas a check has revealed errors in the Annex to this Regulation ; whereas the Regulation in question It shall apply in so far as any party concerned so must therefore be amended ; requests with effect from 16 April 1975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
