Whereas Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 1 087/75 (5 ) of 25 April 1975 has maintained until 31 Article 2 May 1975 the suspension of the advance fixing of export refunds for certain milk products to Zone E ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 1975.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety .and directly applicable in all Member States .
