concerning an invitation to tender for the costs of manufacture and delivery of butteroil as food aid to Somalia

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES,

Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Tenders are hereby invited, pursuant to Regulation ( EEC) No 750 /75, for the cost of manufacture and delivery of 1 50 metric tons of butteroil for Somalia, Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No for delivery cif Mogadishu . 804/68 (') of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in milk and milk products, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 740/75 (2 ), and in Article 2 particular Article 6 (7) and 28 thereof ;
